President Obama Over Kivalina

President Obama visited the Alaska's Northwest Arctic in 2015. His intention, it was said in Kivalina, was to visit the village but it was determined that the runway was unsuitable for a presidential visit. Here he's viewing Kivalina from Air Force One.
